The Torromino method: the method that saved me, as well as many companies, from a wide range of problems. From optimizing space to efficiently managing the various bakery products.


For example, for companies that offer a variety of products such as bread, round pizza, pizza on platter, focaccia for filling, focaccia barese, breadsticks, etc., the management can be very complex and lead to a lot of waste.


All this can be avoided thanks to the Torromino method: you will learn how to create a basic method that will be the «patriarch» of all pasta, by developing an effective system. I will also teach you a recipe that I patented in 2018 and that I have evolved and adapted over the years according to the needs of the company and work contexts.


With the Torromino method, I guarantee the management of up to 7 different types of products with a common factor. We will see examples such as:
