Salvatore Torromino is a master pizza maker and food consultant, known for his ability to innovate in the bakery and artisan pizza sector. With more than ten years of experience and a passion deeply rooted in Italian tradition, Salvatore has distinguished himself for his ability to combine classic techniques with modern approaches, positioning himself among the most respected professionals in Europe.

Originally from Crotone Calabria, Salvatore began his career as a pizza maker at an early age, fascinated by the magic of dough and the possibility of transforming a few simple ingredients into a culinary masterpiece. After years of practice and training, he developed the famous ‘Torromino Method’, an innovative system that allows him to efficiently manage up to 10 different types of bakery products, always maintaining the highest quality standards.

Specialised in Neapolitan pizza, gluten-free pizza and acrobatic pizza, Salvatore has also brought his vision and talent to the field of consultancy. Thanks to his method, numerous entrepreneurs in the catering sector have optimised their production processes, expanding their offer without sacrificing excellence.

In 2025, Salvatore will launch his ambitious digital project, Torromino Food Consulting Method, which will include a website dedicated to video courses, personalised consultancy and live workshops. In parallel, his YouTube channel, Cucina Torromino, will be a platform where he will share recipes and trade secrets, attracting amateurs and professionals from all over the world.

Aiming to position himself among the top 5 bakers in Europe, Salvatore continues to work in his laboratory, combining art, science and creativity to redefine the standards of contemporary baking.
